If the responsible party for payment of the appraisal is either the buyer or seller, the appraisal fee must be paid in full at the time of inspection. If a lender or appraisal management company is responsible for payment, then payment must not exceed Net 30 Days from date of delivery of the report regardless of whether the loan closes or not. We will not accept assignments that do not have a specified acceptable payment schedule. We will not accept an assignment that is contingent on the loan closing or a specified or minimum value. All reports will be prepared to USPAP requirements.

Note: Once we have reviewed your order, we will send a fee quotation and acceptance form by email. If you approve of the fee, payment terms and completion date, simply check the Yes Box then Date and Sign the acceptance agreement. You can either mail, fax or email the acceptance agreement back to us. Once we receive the signed acceptance agreement and any agreed to retainer, we will proceed with the assignment.
